Service Description

Available AFTER *3 months of pregnancy*. A side-lying & semi-reclined massage (with plenty of pillows to keep you comfortable on the table) allows you to relax into safe healing hands & release built up tension from an ever-changing body. In total, the entire service takes up to 2 hours. It is advised not to plan anything stressful after the massage so that you fully enjoy the effects of the bodywork. This session includes: -A warm welcome & intake consultation -A brief sounding using singing bowls, gong & chimes to begin & end the session -Breath & body awareness meditation while laying on the massage table to settle the mind & consciously relax the body before the bodywork begins -A full body Signature Massage of 90 minutes in side-lying & semi-reclined seated positions with plenty of pillows for comfort. Depth of pressure & special attention to tense areas can be tailored to your specific needs. -Hot towels, all natural massage oils & crèmes made by me and specially formulated for the face & body -Aromatherapy with pregnancy safe essential oils -Slow return to the world with tea & a sweet treat *Add a 30 minute sound bath to deepen the relaxation experience!* Price is BTW inclusive
