Service Description

Reconnect with your body with this 45 minute session focused on the most common complaints in the neck and shoulders. This session can also include a face & head massage if desired, as we often unknowingly hold a lot of tension there. In total, this entire session takes up to 1 hour & 15 minutes. It is advised not to plan strenuous or stressful activities after your session to fully enjoy the effects of the bodywork. This session includes: -Warm welcome & intake consultation -A brief sounding with singing bowls, chimes & gong to begin & end the session. -Signature Massage of 45 minutes of massage on the neck and shoulders, which can include cupping therapy, if desired. The face and head can also be included in the time, if desired -Hot towels, all natural hand blended massage oils and crèmes specially formulated by me for the body & face -Aromatherapy with essential oils -Closing consultation *Add a 30 minute sound bath to deepen the relaxation experience!* Price is BTW inclusive
