Our lymphatic system lies just beneath our skin and is a kind of waste removal system, as well as helping with immune function. This type of massage is very gentle and very relaxing. Whether you're recovering from an injury, surgery, illness or suffer from lymphedema, lymphatic drainage will help reduce swelling by moving lymphatic fluid through the body to the lymph nodes where it can be sent out of the body. In total, this service takes up to 1 hour & 45 minutes. This session includes: -A warm welcome & intake consultation -A brief sounding using singing bowls, gong and chimes to begin and end the bodywork session -Hypnotically relaxing 75 minute gentle lymphatic drainage massage -Hot towels & all natural natural massage oils and crèmes made by me, specially designed for the face and body -Aromatherapy with essential oils -Restful return to the world with tea while we discuss ways to improve your lymphatic flow every day *Add a 30 minute sound bath to deepen the relaxation experience!* Price is BTW inclusive
