This session includes, if desired: -A warm welcome & intake consultation -A brief sounding with singing bowls, chimes & gong to begin & end the session -Breath & body awareness meditation while laying on the massage table to settle the mind & help consciously relax the body before the bodywork begins -Luxurious Signature Massage of 105 minutes utilizing multiple bodywork modalities, including cupping, if desired. With this longer session, we can work more extensively on specific areas of tension as well as addressing the whole body. A Signature Massage is specifically tailored to your needs! -Hot towels & all natural hand-blended massage oils and crèmes specially formulated by me for the body & face -Custom aromatherapy with essential oils -Slow return to the world with tea & a sweet treat -Closing consultation -Tips for wellbeing & self-care at home if desired In total, this holistic wellness service lasts up to 2 hours & 30 minutes.
