In total, this holistic wellness service lasts up to 2 hours & 30 minutes. It is advised not to plan strenuous or stressful activities after your session to fully enjoy the effects of the bodywork. This session includes: -A warm welcome & intake consultation -A brief sounding with singing bowls, chimes & gong to begin & end the session -Breath & body awareness meditation while laying on the massage table to settle the mind & help consciously relax the body before the bodywork begins -Luxurious Signature Massage of 105 minutes utilizing multiple bodywork modalities, including cupping, if desired. With this longer session, we can work more extensively on specific areas of tension as well as addressing the whole body.
