Begin to repair your body/mind connection by bringing back balance and peace with this integrative self-care experience. This holistic wellness service takes up to 2 hours. It is advised not to plan strenuous or stressful activities after this service to fully enjoy the benefits of the bodywork. This session included: -A warm welcome & intake consultation -A brief sounding with singing bowls, gong, and chimes to begin and end the massage -Breath and body awareness meditation while laying on the massage table to settle the mind & consciously relax the body before the bodywork even begins -Luxurious Signature Massage of 75 minutes utilizing multiple bodywork modalities, including cupping therapy, if desired. A Signature Massage is tailored to your personal needs & this session focuses on 2-3 places where your unique tension sits. (If you desire a full body massage, please book the longer "Renew" session) -Hot towels and all natural hand-blended massage oils and crèmes specially formulated by me for the body and face -Aromatherapy with essential oils -Slow return to the world with tea and a sweet treat -Closing consultation -Tips for wellbeing and self-care at home if desired *Add a 30 minute sound bath to deepen the relaxation experience!* Price is BTW inclusive
