Service Description
We begin with 20 minutes of sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and other instruments to calm the mind and relax the body. The music meditation is followed by a luxurious and therapeutic 90 minute MEND Signature Massage combining different bodywork styles with heat and aromatherapy. We close the session with another 5 to 10 minutes of sound therapy followed by a cup of our housemade tea and local artisan chocolate to calmly bring you back to the world. This session will target your unique areas of tension while allowing both the body and mind to drift into a transformative state of deep relaxation. **Please allow an extra 30 minutes in your schedule after the session to account for intake, conversation about your needs, and a peaceful end to the session without having to rush out.**
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund. Canceling between 48-24 hours before your appointment, you receive a 50% refund. If you must cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment, you forfeit the entire cost of the appointment as this time can definitely not be filled by another client.
